Auto Makers Post Choppy February Sales

Poor winter weather across many parts of the U.S. appeared to hurt the auto industry for the second consecutive month, resulting in weaker car sales though demand stayed strong for trucks.
Early results from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Nissan Motor Co. appeared favorable, as both reported a double-digit increase in U.S. auto sales due to heady demand for trucks.
