Of course, the research demographics don't seem to take into account all of the world - just rich, fat, lazy Westerners who eat too much ready-made food with loads of preservatives. Also, what is to be made of anomalies, such as the person who eats red meat daily and smokes two packs a day for 40+ years and doesn't have so much as a blip in his health?
Really.... I feel bad that we (as a human race) have paid (through taxes grants) this guy to come up with such drivel. Is this the best the University of Cambridge can produce? Why was he allowed to publish this nonsense? I can't believe this has been peer reviewed.
