BSkyB, 21st Century Fox in Pay-TV Talks

British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC said Monday it is in preliminary discussions with 21st Century Fox Inc. over a multibillion-dollar acquisition of its pay-TV assets in Germany and Italy.
